The Career Change Program is a one-on-one course in which you work closely with a seasoned career coach who guides you through every step of the process to choosing, changing, or fine-tuning a career path that you'll love.

The career change process begins with Pathfinder’s Aptitude Testing Program. Once you receive your test results and your interpretation detailing what your talents are, you will embark on a personalized journey to discover what is really important to you and how and where you would ideally like to use your abilities. Under the guidance of an expert career consultant, you will get perspective on how to map the career world to your talents and personality and conduct real-world research to “test drive” your career ideas. The result is a personalized career path and a detailed map of how you are going to get there. You will also receive step-by-step guidance in making commitments to key career elements and techniques to overcome self-doubt, as well as fine-tune your emotional intelligence.

The program moves at your own pace. The course typically averages seven to eight sessions, and can take as little as two months or as much as a year.
