Hi Anthony,
Just wanted you to know that I am finally moving on
from my "data-driven" marketing job in Washington, DC.
Thanks to the aptitude tests and your coaching I learned that I need to be
in a people-oriented problem solving role in a highly collaborative
team environment -- and I think I've found it.
At the end of August, I will start a new job with a consulting firm in
Colorado that specializes in branding, messaging, positioning marketing communications.
The two partners stressed the collaborative atmosphere of the
office but also made sure I knew from the start that with
whatever I am working on I will have a high level of autonomy
in terms of managing my projects. The people are fun and very creative AND super smart.
I know the learning curve will be steep but
I'm so ready for this challenge that will take me away from so much data.
I wouldn't say that this is my ultimate passion in terms of my
personal mission (that will someday be food related),
but I really fell like it's a step in the right direction.
I know I can learn so much on this job that will help -- no matter
what else I may end up doing in my career.
