Firstly, congratulations on the publication of your new "Now What?" book! I am recommending it to brother-in-law, who is struggling with the answer to that question for himself.
Update on me: I quit my old job. The environment there was just so negative that it really began to affect me, so I decided to leave rather than hang around and wait for the axe to drop.
Also, I've been accepted into a DC area masters in Organization Development program for this fall! I think this program is the best for me. I just finished one of the introductory Lab courses, this was just life-changing for me. I had the opportunity to work through my core stuff, as well as learn about personal interactions and group processes at the same time. It's hard to convey fully in writing, but this focus on experiential learning that this masters's program has is very powerful, and I think it's the best place for me!
I just wanted to let you know that, having attended that pre-requisite for my graduate program, I'm feeling so confident that I've made the right decision. Everything about this work resonates with who I am and employs my natural talent set perfectly. I couldn't be more excited to begin!
