US Orders: Free Priority Mail
International Orders: $20 USD Global Priority Mail.
Your career testing materials will be sent to you by priority mail, you will receive them within 3 business days U.S., and 5 to 7 Business days International.
Instructions for taking and returning the career testing are included with the testing materials. Postage to return the testing materials back to us for scoring not included.
Aptitude Testing Program Policy
The Aptitude Testing Program includes testing materials, scoring and evaluation of the test results and a single one-hour test interpretation session with a Pathfinders career coach to discuss your results and career path possibilities.
You may schedule your aptitude test interpretation session at your convenience. Most of our clients participate in their test interpretation session soon after they receive their test results. Others may wait several months to participate in their test results interpretation session. If necessary, you may wait up to 2 years after the date of purchase before scheduling and conducting your aptitude testing interpretation session. Anytime beyond the 2 year date, you may receive the test interpretation for an extra charge of $150.00 US Dollars.
You may return the Aptitude Testing Program materials in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We do not offer a refund if you use the aptitude testing program in total or in part, or if you take the aptitude testing and send it in for scoring and evaluation but do not schedule or make use of the aptitude test interpretation session.
Career Change Program Policy
The Career Change Program begins with the aptitude testing and continues with a series of one-on-one career coaching sessions. This program is a course to guide you through a step-by-step method of designing and choosing your new or next career path. Pathfinders' commitment is to guide you in making a career choice you are confident about.
On average, our clients finish the program in 5 to 7 sessions; some people finish the program in fewer sessions and others may take longer to cross the finish line. Pathfinders does not offer a partial or prorated refund if the program is finished in just a few sessions. This program is not priced on a specific number of sessions; rather, it is a "body of knowledge and wisdom" that includes proprietary tools, methods and coaching know-how to assist you in making a career choice. If you require more than 7 sessions, Pathfinders will happily continue working with you, at our discretion, so long has you have been actively engaged and participating fully in your program.
Pathfinders does not offer a refund if you decide to quit, drop out, or stop participating in the program for any reason.
Pathfinders does not promise or make any warranties that you will land a new job or make a complete career change "during" the course of your program, although many people do and most get the ball rolling in a new direction much quicker with our methods than the industry average.
Pathfinders does not offer résumé writing or job placement services as a part of this program, however, we can refer you to a résumé expert.
Pathfinders reserves the right to change or amend these policies and fees at any time.
